hmm ... ways of people !!
Here is one more interesting incident which happened on Sunday. This just shows what all kinds of people will be there:
We plan to visit some historic places on Sunday …we decide that we have lunch and then leave for the fort … we order meals … meals include … soup papad ..sweet and then the thali …soup arrives … we start having ..paapad also arrives …both are damn hungry so we start having … fast fast ,,… by the time we are mid way thru my team mate gets a call and all I hear from the conv is “hey don’t worry “ …”we will take care” …”give me her number”… “ no problem” ,..then phone cut ..then I get to know that one of our team mates sis has got bitten by a dog and then she is feeling dizzy and so our team mate wanted us to go n take her to the doc … we left the lunch half way thru … my team mate is all the more tensed and then we call that sis and ask her for address …
take an auto to the address she mentioned which happened to be wrong ..she gave the name of the area and a hotel as a landmark which later the auto driver mentioned wasn’t in the area she told ..we called again from the auto asked her ..again for area she said I donno the area but then hotel is there in front of the apartments she is staying ….
Grrrrrrrrrrr
Donno the addresss also …
Finally rached … there she had mentioned green land apartments .. we standing in front of the aptmt call her ..she says its green land manor .. grrrrrrrrrr again …
We reach the apartment FINALLLY …ask her for house num and hurry up ..all this while I kept feeling that she is not in her senses …as our teammate had mentioned that she was feeling dizzy …
We ring the bell expecting a sick girl to come and open the door …we find that the girl is smiling and also all decked up …then we ask her … aren’t u feeling dizzy now ?
She: no
We: ur sis said so
She : oh that … its just that I hv to take an injection which is a very powerful one …after taking that I will feel drowsy and so I asked her to call u guys
We: grrrrrrrrrrr ok come lets go ..is the cut deep?
She: no …a small scratch .. i have taken an injection already .. doc said why take chance so taking this one
We: do u hv the prescription?
She : ya I have its available only in one hospital called IPM
Again take a ric to reach that hospital //after 1.5 hours of roaming we find the hospital … but closed ..guy there tells it’s a govt oraganisation open only till 12 on holidays and he also told ki if u hv taken TT injection then more than enough ..come tomorw and take the inj …
Ok ..now what to do ?
She : better check In some other hospital …doc asked me to take it …
We: oh the wound is that bad?
She: wound is small but I don’t want to take chances …
Fine we try helpline num ,,, then we get the number of hospital ..try calling ..no one picks ..so we decide to go …
On the way my team mate calls his family doc and confirms that only if the bite is on the face or hands then the inj suggested by her doc was reqd ..else the rabies inj which the gal had taken is more than enough …
We tell that to her ..she is like ..Blank exp on the face … grrrr
Then I say anyways lets consult the doc ..
We went in …doc asked questions …madam not even opening her mouth ..then finally doc asked her show me the wound …
I cudnt even see the wound … it was that small … doc said …oh this small wound … not reqd at all …
We come out ask her is that fine? Are u convinced or do u want to consult some oen else ? she says …ya its ok …
Then we go to a hotel have something and she says then I am new na so I was scared … we say of we are also new … she says … I came just 2 months back ..i said I came here 2 weeks back ./.. she is “Chup” now ./… then she tries to pounce back telling but u know hindi I donno !!
Then we drop her back home …
All through our stay with her ..she never opened her mouth anywhere be it be in asking ppl for directions or may be for may be for telling the doc what happened ..or telling us when it happened !! abba ..how horrible ppl can be … can u imagine that ?
Just leave everything to some one who can … may be u don’t even know that person …
some people wouldnt even like to bother someone who is close to them ... they hestitate to trouble them ...and some people dont even mind leaving everything on some stranger ... STRANGE are the ways of people !! Isnt it ?
